When you need a contact added on an account for only a short period of time, you can make the contact temporary.
- Log into the Monitoring Portal.
- Enter the account number in the search bar and click the binoculars to search.
- Click on the xmit# to open the account.
- Click on the magnifying glass next to the contact that needs to be temporary.
- Enter the effective date and time.
- Enter the expire date and time.
- Click the floppy disk icon to save changes.
