This article will go over how to update account numbers in our My AG and Stages Dealer portal.
How to Update an Account Number in the My AG portal.
- Start by logging in to our My AG dealer portal, AvantGuard Authentication (agmonitoring.com)
- Locate the account that needs to be updated and click on it once it populates.
- Next, scroll down to the devices section till you see the Account Number.
- Click on the Pencil Icon to the right of the account number.
- Update the account number under Account ID.
- Click Save.
If you need to delete the account number, you can click on the trash can icon.
- Then click Remove.
How to Change an Account Number in the Stages Dealer portal.
- Log in to our Stages dealer portal, Stages Dealer (agmonitoring.com)
- Locate the account that needs to be changed and double click on it.
- Next, click on the Device tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and select the XMIT # icon.
- Change the account number to the new account number.
- Press save.
