Dear Dealer,
We are excited to release a new product allowing subscribers to place their accounts on test via an AI process, an extension of the inbound call phone tree. Subscribers can select their account, provide their password, and select their test parameters. The product is designed to enable the customer to connect with an operator should they need assistance beyond simply placing a test.
Dealers and technicians will still be directed to an operator when you or your employees call. As always, we encourage dealers to continue to utilize the app to place systems on test, check signals, and change data while in the field.
The implementation will occur on Tuesday, February 27.
