- Sign in to the website http://my.agmonitoring.com/reporting
- Use the same username and password that you use for MyAg Portal and the Stages Dealer Portal.
- Once logged in, select 'Reporting'.
- Search the report 'Account Service Detail.' IT IS FOUND UNDER THE BILLING SECTION
If you are not seeing the billing section or account service detail, please reach out to dealer care to update your my.ag permissions.
- Select 'Run Report'.
- Input Parameters:
- Select Dealer Number
- Select the desired Bill Period.
- Click on the 'Delivery Options' tab.
- 'Output Format' should be 'Excel'.
- Select Download for 'Delivery Method'.
- Click 'Run' to run the report.
- When the report is finished, the 'Report Finished' window will pop up in the top right.
- To actually download the report you need to click on 'Click here'.
