- Log in to the Monitoring Portal.

- Enter the account number into the search box and then click the binoculars. 
- Double click on the account number to open it. 
- Once you have the account opened, you will want to double click on the account that we want to make the secondary account so that it is at the top.
- In this case, I want TRDanielleW to be the primary, so I am going to open TRDani1234.
- Once you have the secondary account open, you will click on the Device tab and click on the button next to 'primary xmit#'. 
- Double click on the account number that you want to be the Primary account.
- In this case, I want the TRDaniellleW to be the primary account.
- Make sure to save your changes.
- The account number should now show next to the primary xmit#.
