- Log into Stages Monitoring Portal.

- Select the Site tab and then the Lookup tab.
- Add the account number in the Xmit# field and click Search.
- Double-click the account number to access the Site Data Entry view. 
- Once you are in the Site Data Entry view, click on the 'Notes' button that has a paper and a push pin on it.
- The Notes box will appear.
- Edit the effective date/time and expire date/time.
- Make sure the 'ack required' box is checked so it pops up as soon as an operator accesses the account for an alarm.
- Click on the button with the letter 'A' to type out the note.
- Make sure your note is in a bright readable color and in bold. After typing the note, click on the 'X' at the top right .
- Click the save button to save the note.
