- Login to the Monitoring Portal.

- Go to the Setup tab at the top.
- Then select the Site Group Setup option.
- Enter in your site group number and press the play button.
- On the Site Group Setup window that comes up, select the Contacts tab at the top.
- You will create new contacts for each of the on-call contacts per week that they are on call.
- Select the plus button to add/create a contact.
- Enter in the on-call’s name, the dates and times of when they will be on call.
- Add their phone number with the on-call phone type.
- List the contact as an On Call – G and enter their Order#.
- Expired on-call contacts still retain their order number, so you will need to keep in mind what number you are on when updating the on-call schedule.
- You may delete the order# at the top left of the details box as it is not necessary for on-calls.
- Once a contact has expired, the contact will be hidden from view in the contacts tab; they can be viewed again by selecting the "display expired" box at the bottom.
- You can make a permanent on-call/back up on call by adding the On Call – G contact list to a contact and making it a higher order number than all the others.
- You do not need to put an effective/expire date for that contact if they will always be the backup/ on call.
