- Log into the Monitoring Portal.
- Enter the account number in the search bar and click the binoculars to search.
- Click on the xmit# to open the account.
- Click on the contact that doesn't want to be called.
- Click the icon with the silhouette of a person and a clock.
- The window 'Temporary Inactive' will come up.
- Enter the dates and times that the contact will be unavailable.
- If an employee is leaving the company, change the expiration time to match their last day. The system will automatically remove the contact the following day.
- Save and close the window.
