- Open Stages
https://portal.agmonitoring.com/stagesdealer/ 
- Click on the 'Report' tab.
- Select 'Short Site Device'.
- Type the dealer's site group number or name in the site group box.
- Check mark the 'exclude OOS' box to download a list of the dealer's active accounts.
- Keep in mind, there is no way to differentiate an active vs inactive account after downloading the report.
- For a list of both active and OOS, keep the 'exclude OOS' box unchecked.
- Select the desired file type (Exel, PDF, MS word, Rich Text)
- Click submit.
- The report will pop up in a new tab. 
- On the report page click the download icon to download the document. 
-A 'Save As' window will pop up.
- Rename the file if needed.
- Save
