Home Page:
- To access the home page of the Help Center, click HERE.
- There are two ways to find an article in the Help Center. You can either search by keyword, or choose a topic and look through the related articles.
Submitting a Ticket Request:
- On the Help Center homepage, click 'Submit a request'.
- On the next page, click the drop-down menu.
- For most requests, select 'General Request'.
- If an AES Order is needed, select 'AES Order Request'.
- Once a request type is selected, the corresponding form will populate.
- Please fill out the form with enough detail. If a clear description of the request is given at the beginning, it is easier to fulfill the request.
- 'Dealer Number' is the number assigned to your company as an identifier.
- If you do not know your dealer number, leave this field blank or reach out to Dealer Care.
- Under 'Dealer Name' enter your company name.
- Although both 'Dealer Number' and 'Dealer Name' are listed as optional, please include at least one.
- Email address and Description are required fields, and the form will not submit if they are left blank.
- Make sure to click 'Submit' when finished filling out the form.
Understanding Formatting:

- Either search by keyword or choose a topic and look through the related articles.
- Select the desired article.
- Longer articles will have a table of contents at the top.
- Clicking on a topic in the table of contents will take you to that specific part of the article.
- At the beginning of some articles, there will be some basic information, usually about which website you'll need to login to.
- Sections headers are bolded and underlined.
- Headers will typically have a 'Back to Top' link below.
- This link will take you back up to the table of contents.
- The instructions are color-coded.
- For example, the purple words correspond to the boxes highlighted in purple.
