Placing and removing a test in My.AG
- Login to the MyAG portal, Dashboard (agmonitoring.com)
- Then click on the Account tab and put your account number in the top right corner and press enter on your keyboard to search.
- Then click on your account when it populates.
- Next, click on the Testing tab.
- Select the yellow add button in the bottom right corner.
- Next, select the zones you want on test by checking or unchecking the box to the right of the zone description. The default will have all zones checked so if you need a full system test you do not have to change anything.
- Then you can click on Next.
- Select your testing timeframe by clicking on the drop-down arrow in the upper right corner.
- Then click on Begin Test.
- Once you begin the test you can see it has been added in the testing history.
- If you finish testing earlier, you can click the clear test icon to place the account back online.
