How to Add an Agency when Stages Doesn't Validate the Address.
Changing Wrong Agency Numbers
- Start by logging in to the Stages Dealer Portal https://portal.agmonitoring.com/stagesdealer/
- Search for your account by going to the Site tab and selecting Lookup.
- Put the account number in the xmit# section.
- Click the Binoculars to Search.
- Double Click on the account once it populates.
- Click on the Site tab and look for the Agencies section.
- Then click the Quick Entry button next on the Agencies tab
- Type in the number you are wanting to add in the Phone section, then Search
- Uncheck the wrong agency numbers and check the correct agency numbers. *These will automatically save, no save button has to be pressed
- Close the agency screen and see the new agency numbers
How to Validate an Address to Add Agencies
- Start by logging in to the Stages Dealer Portal https://portal.agmonitoring.com/stagesdealer/
- Search for your account by going to the Site tab and selecting Lookup.
- Put the account number in the xmit# section.
- Click the Binoculars to Search.
- Double Click on the account once it populates.
- Click on the Site tab and look for the Address section. Select 'New Address' (or whatever is currently in the address box)
- Enter the Address including the address, address2 and zip select. Select the city that connects to the zip code, and it will auto fill the city, state, zip, country and county.
- Select the 'Get Geo Data' button (the globe) and it will auto fill the address below and illuminate the 'Accept Geo Data' (globe with check mark).
- Select the 'Accept Geo Data' (globe with check mark) button and it will save the address and auto fill the agencies.

- Search for your account by going to the Site tab and selecting Lookup.
- Put the account number in the xmit# section.
- Click the Binoculars to Search.
- Double Click on the account once it populates.
- Click on the Site tab and look for the Agencies section.
- Under Agencies click on the Add button.
- Then click the Quick Entry button next on the Agencies tab
- Type in the number you are wanting to add in the Phone section, then Search
- Check the box for the Agencies that you want to add. *These will automatically save, no save button has to be pressed
- Close the quick entry screen and see the new agency numbers
