AvantGuard uses a Central Station Automation Software platform called 'Stages' by Secure Global Solutions. The Stages app is a great tool that can be used by dealers to check on their accounts and place tests. It can be downloaded for smartphone via the app store for both iPhone and Android.
- Go to the app store and download the Stages Mobile app.
- Open the Stages app.
- Click 'Add/Edit'.
- Next, click the plus button.
- The Endpoint name should be 'Stages'. The Endpoint URL is what connects you with AvantGuard's endpoint.
- Enter the Endpoint URL: https://portal.agmonitoring.com/stagesmobilegateway/gateway.aspx
- Under 'Endpoint Username' enter your stages username.
- Once the information is entered, click 'Add Endpoint'.
- You can click on the magnifying glass at the top to search your accounts.
- You can see all alarms that have gone off in the past day, week or month. Simply select the desired duration.
- You can also view all accounts that are currently open or closed.
- Click 'Out Of Service' to view all your Out Of Service (OOS) accounts.
- To see all the accounts created this month, select 'New This Month'.
- To view all accounts, click 'Sites'.
